Jul 7, 2015 10:19 AM in response to Hannaabeby KiltedTim,Are you using a supported carrier? iMessage and FaceTime Activation use 'silent' SMS messages to the activation servers in the UK for activation. If you're using an unsupported carrier, these messages may not be processed properly.

Jul 7, 2015 12:01 PM in response to Hannaabeby KiltedTim,WHAT USA carrier are you using? I didn't ask if you were on a US carrier, I asked if you were using a supported carrier.
If you are using a supported carrier, is your carrier aware that you have an iPhone? If they are not, then chances are your account is not properly provisioned for an iPhone, which will cause the required SMS messages to fail to process.
