If i am a member of a Family Share, and i leave the "family", (move internationally/divorce/no longer care for family share services, etc.) What happens to all of the apps that were purchased by other members in the "family"?
Are they still available to me (the person who left the "family")?

Once paid for, a purchased item is added to the account of the family member who initiated the purchase. In other words, the content belongs to them, much as it would if you were buying them a book or a DVD. If Family Sharing is ever disabled, each member will keep the purchases they initiated, even though they were paid for by the family organizer.
Yup, he or she who bought it keeps it, although if you have downloaded a copy of another member's purchase you can keep it.. For details see
