Using my iCloud email account in Outlook 2013. All settings are correct and I can receive message , but cannot send I keep getting a popup wanting me to re-enter my password and then an error message stating that e-mail server rejected your login.

I have a similar issue. I tried all suggestions listed. I receive, but cannot send. I get no error messages, the messages just stick in the Outbox. If I move them to the Draft folder and change the account it goes. If I leave it with me.com account it will not send. Test messages always works.
I Fixed the issue after about two hours with an Apple tech. My settings were correct but my account was messed up with a .com and .net issue. Too complex for me to detail. Suffice it to say that I could not have fixed it without Apple's help.
