the sound is off

Hi,

The ring tone sound is off when my IOS 8.3 is updated to IOS 8.4 for IPHONE 6.

Please instruct me for solving problems.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

I see from your post that you are not hearing a ringtone from your iPhone. To start troubleshooting this issue please restart your iPhone. If that does not resolve the issue, please provide some more information on the issue such as if it's occurring with all contacts or all default ringtones.


How to restart

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
  3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
