Q: Messages on Mac vs Texts on iOS

Hello!

 

I have a few friends who tell me that my texts from my laptop come to their iOS as my email address, and texts from my phone to their iOS come through as my  phone...

 

How can I make sure that all my texts come through as my phone number vs my email address?
