You cannot update your device to iOS 8.3. If you just did an update, then it had to update to iOS 8.4, unless your device is jailbroken or hacked. When you say that iMessage fails, what error message do you see?

I did the update last week, the ios 8.3 were actual.

    The eroor message is

    "Aktivácia iMessage

Nepodarilo sa prihlásiĆ„. Skontrolujte pripojenie k sieti a skúste to znovu"

this is of course in Slovak, in English it means something like

    "Activate iMessage

Unable to login. Check the network connection and try again."

But, of course, the internet connection works perfectly.

Are you using the device on a supported carrier? Also, what troubleshooting have you tried?

Yes, of course I do (Slovak Telecom, formerly T-Mobile).

I`ve actualised the password and the credit card on my Apple ID.  And then I repeately tried to connect to iMessage service on my iPhone. That`s all, I don`t know what troubleshooting should I try in this case...
