i was updated my iphone 5c as ios9 beta 2
but its battery ws very poor .
so that i restored my device to 8.4...
So please tell me when its going to release offficially in public in india

When Apple announces it. The only release from Apple about iOS 9 is sometime in the Fall 2015. No one from Apple is here, this is a user to user support forum, and no one here gets any advance information about anything from Apple. You will have to wait for an official announcement from Apple.
