Hi Everyone. I have tried everything on the Settings > Do Not Disturb > Allow Calls From > Everyone. But still, the last option on that page is SILENCE and "Only while iPhone is locked" is still ticked. Why? I think this might be the problem. I have missed all the incoming calls today even though my phone was not on silent, I had a signal and the handset was right in front of me. I have tried all options suggested here so far. Does anyone have any other ideas or should I just end my love affair with Apple and go elsewhere....?!

That setting ONLY applies if the DND switch is turned to ON. (This fools everyone so don't feel bad.) Is DND on or off?

Manual Off

Scheduled Off

Allow Calls From Everyone

Repeated Calls Off

SILENCE

Always Off

Only while iPhone is locked On (ticked)

I just don't get it. I have tried everything. Is it the tick on the last line? There is no way to un-tick that!

You don't need to un-tick it if DND is off. That setting only applies if DND is ON. There is some other setting that is causing your phone not to ring. Is your silent switch on the side of the phone up or down (red showing)?

Have you tried another SIM card? It might be the problem of your carrier. Or, you can install another SIM card and have a try. If problem still exists, try to reset your iPhone to factory default. Hope my answer will help you out.
