Is there a way to delete duplicate photos from the app that comes on your phone without deleting both copies? I don't want to download them right now--just delete the duplicates.

What do you mean by "duplicates", and why are you concerned about deleting one image resulting in another file being deleted? You might want to explain what you are seeing in a bit more detail.
