Account locked.

Account is locked. Went through RESET. Cannot find email for Reset. Have checked both know accounts and SPAM.


I assumed the recovery/RESET email would go to mail email address, but have checked others also.

I went through all that this article said and still cannot find the Emails that would change his logon info.


He has a Ipad Air, MacBook Pro, and Iphone 6 (new)... He would like to get all of them on one account, ID etc so he can sync all calendars, email, Notes, and etc.


How best to do this?


His Ipad keeps asking him to log on, but since he cannot find the password, he cannot.
