Macbook Pro doesn't have flash preference pane, how to add?
My friend's mid 2009 macbook Pro 13" running Mountain Lion is missing the Flash pref pane in System Preferences. How can this pane be found & added?

Download the full Flash Player installer ONLY directly from Adobe:
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Once installed, use the Adobe link in System Preferences for updates.
NEVER use a search engine to look for it, results are full of bad links to malware and adware.
