What do you mean unlock it? What makes you think it is locked? Are you seeing some type of error on a screen?

l mean l forget my password and l tried many time to remember it but l could not ! Finely it say your iCloud ID has been locked . So far l dont know what to do!!
meanwhile my iCloud ID is "mhmd_shhrkh@yahoo.co.uk"
Can you help me to unlock it ??
