how can I move windows phone contacts to iPhone 6

I have a Lumia 620 Windows phone, I have it synchronized with hotmail, I was able to export my contacts to my pc in a cvs file format. How can I import those contacts to my iPhone telephone contacts ? If someone has an alternative approach to export contacts from the windows phone to iPhone I would be grateful.

You can import the cvs file to iCloud contacts on the PC and then sync to the phone, or you can use a supported application on the computer, such as Outlook, or Windows Contacts.
