So it sounds as if you are having an issue with several iOS devices being incapable of using Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth on those devices does not connect with anything, is that right? A distressing situation to be sure.
I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - If Wi-Fi is grayed out or dim on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
The resetting of Bluetooth in that article may resolve your issue with it, but if not you may want to continue with the steps in this article - Get help connecting a Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
