iPhone 6 won't charge keeps coming up with cable or accessory is not certified

both my iPhone 6 and iPad mini have suddenly started having problems charging, both having windows pop up say cable or accessory is not certified to work reliably.

I Find this strange as all my accessories are Apple made, I have a few cables and charging plugs and they are all doing the same thing, one of them is brand new so this is very strange, surely both my iPhone and iPad could not have gone wrong together as they are both under a year old.

Anyone else having these problems?
