All My Files/ iPhoto
If I delete photos from Finder's All My Files, will it delete them from iPhoto? (I'm trying to make some more space on my macbook)

Yes and that will destroy your iPhoto library by using the finder to delete items - NEVER delete anything from iPhoto except using iPhoto - select the Photo(s) in an event, press the delete key and empty the iPHoto trash and the system trash -- Stay away from the finder with iPhoto especaially all My Files since that is sort of a "secret" pasty to the photos in a bad way
