payment type is saying my credit card and billing information is wrong!

You will need to contact the bank or financial institution that issues the card. They are the ones that are rejecting the card entry. There is something either about the name, CCV number, address or other account information that you are entering that is not matching the bank records.

In my experience, re-entering the card info as a "new" payment method sometimes clears the issue, even though it's the same card. Try it.
