Can't restore gen 2?
Just within the past week, I've been having trouble with a gen 2 Shuffle I bought used three years ago. It will no longer connect to iTunes despite me updating iTunes and restarting the computer. I have tried to restore the Shuffle and I keep getting an "unknown error" with the ID 1413. I love music (especially to draw to!), but I don't currently have the money to buy a new iPod and I will more than likely have to wait for my parents to buy me one for Christmas.
Any suggestions to fix this in the meantime?
(I am using a Windows 8 laptop, if that helps any.)
