Activity Monitor

Hello!

I've been looking at my Activity Monitor and thought I saw some suspicious thing on it (or rather a lot--e.g. storeassetd, nsurlstoraged, etc.). So to make this easier, what are some of the "Normal" activity names that should be ok to have going on there?

Also what is a "Port" as when I click to check it out, it shows how many ports it has. I just hope I'm not hacked.
