Trouble approving family share request for purchase?

Anyone else having trouble approving a request by a family member to purchase a song? It keeps asking for my password, which I have confirmed, but won't take it. I keep getting the prompt over and over again and can't approve or deny requests. Anyone else know how to fix? Thanks in advance.
