I have 93,000 photo's in my photo library but have only been able to upload 11,000. I have purchased 1TB of storage in iCloud and will not sync. Still says it has approximately 80,000 photo's to upload. Any suggestions?

How large (in GB) is your library, how fast (in mbps) is your upload speed. Once you have those items you can get the latest time estimate by dividing one by the other.

I have 353GB in the library and my upload speed 0.4 Mbps. The upload is 'stuck' on 79,200 items to upload both from the preferences view and in the Photos program itself. (When I mean stuck, it has not moved in many weeks)
