Q: Why does itunes SUCK?!?

Something always happens with itunes where it or something in it doesn't work. Luckily a majority of the time I can google the problem and solve it but now it just won't work! I installed the NEW version (not sure the name) on itunes and now when it opens it COMPLETELY freezes, it looks normal but when I have my cursor in the window it just has the blue loading circle. It won't let me click on anything; I wait awhile to see if it just needs to load, but nothing. I 'ctrl alt del' and it just says it's not responding. I've restarted, uninstalled then reinstall, and googled but nothing seems to work. So whoever can help I would GREATLY appreciate it! THANKS!!
