Finder not refreshing directories on one particular drive

Hi all! Out of nowhere the Finder has stopped refreshing when a new file is saved to one particular drive. I have to resort to doing weird things like Get Info on the parent folder, or force quitting Finder to get it to update and show the new file.

The typical scenario is that I save a file out of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Media Encoder to a folder on this drive, and then go to the Finder to do something with the file, and it's just not there. If I made a new folder from within the file save box, the new folder won't show up either. After force quitting or some other trick, the file will suddenly show up.

The drive in question is a software raid 0, built through Disk Utility. I've been using this same drive and same workflow for years, and this just started happening.

I have already repaired permissions, and checked the disk.

Thanks for any insight!
