When I start up iTunes 12.2 on OS X, a popup window appears with the title, "iTunes Quick Tour" to suggest that I take a quick tour.
Okay, so ... um... how?
Clicking on any part of the window does nothing, and so I can't figure out what I'm missing.
Can someone enlighten me?

I think the trick is to do nothing. Wait about 5 to 10 seconds and it should advance from the opening window to the next one. From there you can use Next at the bottom. After seeing your post, I found that if I click on that opening window it seems to stay there forever but if I do nothing it will proceed by itself after a few seconds.
Also, if the Quick Tour doesn't appear, you can get to it from the iTunes Help menu.
