App Store help needed

hi I have entered my correct username and password into my App Store account via settings on my iPad mini 2 and it comes up saying I need to verify my account so it brings up my bank info to confirm it, when I put my info in it then comes up saying under payment type, ffor assistance please contact iTunes support.

usually I have no problems and thus is the first time it's happened to me, how can I fix this?
