Which MacBook Pro to buy?

So I'm heading into first year university for computer science. I definitely don't have the money to buy a 15" MacBook Pro so I'm looking at the 13". I don't really think I need more than 2.7ghz so it really comes down to two things:

1. Storage: I trying to decide between 128GB and 256GB. I'm getting an external drive no matter what (1TB) but I'm trying to figure out where the whole portability factor comes in (I'm leaning more to the 256...just so I can have a decent amount of stuff right on the Mac). I don't want to have to be caring the external drive around everywhere I go. I'm also considering the possibility of putting Windows on the Mac as well.

2. RAM: 8GB or 16GB? For computer science should 8GB be enough?

Get as much RAM as you can. It's an un-replacealbe resource. Next get as large an SSD as you can then afford. You can always add external storage.

256gb is a good size for storage and apps. 8gb is also enough ram but it really depends what apps you are using.

240 bucks for 8GB more doesn't seem worth it IMO. Probably just going to stick with 8GB. But in terms of storage is 128GB enough to have Windows and OS X or I should go with 256GB?
