HOW CAN I MAKE A DOWNLOAD OS X SETUP BOOTABLE TO FLASH.

A FRIEND OF MINE SENT THE SETUP TO ME AND I WANT TO MAKE IT BOOTABLE TO FLASH BUT I CAN'T DO IT AND I NEED SOLUTION QUICK PLEASE.THE OS X IS YOSEMITE PRECISELY

If the OSX Setup is a Mac application, just copy it to the USB and plug the USB and use the Alt Key to boot. If it is a .dmg file, use Disk Utility to restore it on the USB and test.
