Cannot Download Music form Cloud AppleMusic

Hi Friend

i cannot download music from Cloud AppleMusic & Purchased ??? i use Mac in my office cannot download when start iTune. iTune ask my Password finish password. when i download music. iTune ask Error 0083 !!! OMG

and my Macbook use internet in my home no issue. please help me
