how do i pay for apps from Myanmar region

Greeting from Myanmar!

I am a I phone 6 user from Myanmar country.

I want to buy some applications, songs and books. But unfortunately there is no region for Myanmar at Account Setting and I can't buy anything.

I have Visa card and I want to know how can I buy from Myanmar.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3

There is no iTunes Store in Myanmar. You need to find a non-Apple source for your songs and books; no applications are available.
