Iphone 5 no sound

Hi,

My iPhone 5 have no sound at all. When it first happened, I turned off and on the phone and the sounds started to work again.

After some time the problem came back and to solve it I had to force iPhone restart.

Now the problem is back again and none of the option above could solve the issue. Then I realized there were some pieces of cloth inside the phone jack. Using a toothpick I could remove it and realized the sound was working but sometimes the jack needed to be "cleaned" again with a blow.

Here follows all my attempts that managed to solve the problem temporarily:

1) turn off and turn on

2) force restart

3) toothpick

4) blow

5) settings reset

6) complete reset / restore

The big problem is that the sound has gone away again and I don't know what could I to do solve it.

** edit: when I use the earphones the sound works perfectly.
