Outlook Corrupts Drafts

I have a PC with Outlook 2013 and Windows 8.1, an iPhone 6 and an iPad3. I use iCloud to keep my Calendars and Contacts in sync across all three devices. I have installed iCloud for the PC. It has installed the iCloud add-in. In order to properly display Calendar and Contacts in Outlook, I have set the default data file in Outlook to the iCloud file. This works well for the most part. Contacts and Calendars remain in sync across all three devices. The one issue I have is that whenever I set the default data file to iCloud, Outlook does not save Draft emails correctly, The saved Drafts are missing the "From" field and cannot be edited. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
