cannot activate "choose artists for you" feature

cannot activate "choose artists for you" feature

Downloaded iTunes 12.2, 64-bit onto Windows 7 computer. Signed up for Apple music streaming. Don't see "artist for you" in tool bar. Also "choose artist for you" feature not activated in the pull down menu to left of search window. But iPhone seems to show full functionality for Apple music streaming. Please advise.

After searching for a particular song or artist within "Apple Music" in the search box in the upper right of the screen, the tool bar became fully populated and the "choose artist for you" feature in the pull down menu to the left of the search box became activated.
