If certain keys are NOT working - what can I do with the wireless keyboard? Specifically; qwertyuio have stopped responding on the wireless keyboard as shows when I access the " show keyboard viewer" and test it out. Changed the batteries, but did not attempt to pop off the keys. Should I try something else? the computer and keyboard are about 3 years old… 2012...

this isnt a solution but when my keyboards die on me i order another one as soon as i can, there are also sellers on ebay who sell individual parts or keys, but anyway, as a temporary thing i had to copy and paste a lot!!! its not convenient but if there is something important u have to get out it works..

Thanks- I was very panicky and did not think of cut and paste! Am using an old "spare " keyboard for now; but will be saving up for a new one. Thanks.
