How do I set iTunes to play all podcasts oldest to newest by default

I always want to play all my podcasts oldest to newest. I can change this on individual podcasts which is a real pain in the ... but I would like to change the default so that all post casts are by default played oldest top newest. I listen to a lot of serials, documentaries and dramas. It makes no sense to play newest to oldest, it is like counting down!
