after itunes update 12,podcast video cannot be played in my window computer, can someone help??

my computer is running Win7. Recently I updated itunes to vers 12.2.0.145. Several problem resulted. Subscribed reuters news podcast failed to deliver any new clips for downloading, and some other podcast show new clips but unable to download at all. The error shown: video playback is not supported in this computer. Can someone help and advise how to solve this problem? Thanks.
