Iphone 4s right speaker isn't working for music AppStore

Iphone 4s right speaker isnt working for apps like youtube, even though it works pretty well when the phone rings or is in loudspeaker. I tried adjusting the volume in Control Center, but the volume adjuster has just disappeared. help me please.
