lost my iphone and apple watch is locked, how can i unlock my watch?

I lost my iPhone to with my apple watch was connected. Now I have a new iPhone and want to connect my apple watch to the new phone but the apple watch is locked and tells me that I have to unlock the phone to unlock the watch. how do I get my watch unlocked now?
