Q: Can I edit the location info ?

I'd like to add the location to pictures taken with SLR than doesn't have the GPS -data.

OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Photos version 1.0 does not support this.  The next version, to be released with El Capitan will support to add location data. Either wait until fall and the release of the new version, or add the location data to the photos in iPhoto while you are waiting.  But that would requiring to export the photos from Photos, edit them in iPhoto, then exporting again from iPhoto and reimporting into Photos.
