my storage contains 70 GB of applications however I only download lightroom and go pro apps and both contains max of 2 GB , can't find whats taking all this space

If you purchased the MBP from Apple, not a reseller, you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or a refund.
I suspect that the display is the problem (About this Mac). Try a Spotlight reindex:

I am not sure whats all this , can you please help me as I didn't download any of the other 2 apps
I followed the steps I received from you and then now this is what I have , the usage is still the same however the categories have changed and apps are reduced , but still 31 GB of storage under others ,

Your second post display looks to be 'normal to me. There is a bug in that display program that is reflected in the inaccurate content in your first display.
