Recover deleted messages

I recently deleted all my messages from my message icon on my MacBook Air, not realizing I had valuable information in one of my chats. I tried searching 'Chat' in the search bar and only a selected few conversations popped up. I'm looking for my most recent conversations and if theres anyway to recover them.
