My iphone 5 sim card tray will not open. I used the paper clip in the little hole but nothing happens. I am trying to check the card and replace if needed but cannot get it open. I did completely power off the phone first too. Many Thanks

Do you have the tool that came with the phone to open the SIM tray?
If not, you should visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store and let them open the tray, the phone can be damaged if you don't have the right tools.
Your carrier may also help if you visit one of their stores.
