Q: Tracks added to library from PC don't show up on iPhone
Found an album in Apple Music on iTunes on the PC. Clicked "Add to Library." It now shows up in "My Music" in iTunes. But when I go to the Music app on the iPhone and look at My Music, it's not there. (And yes, I disabled "Show Music Available Offline")
According to Add music from the Apple Music catalog to your library - Apple Support I should see them, because "Items you add on one device are also added to your other devices that are signed in to Apple Music."
What am I missing?

I think there is a problem with the service at the moment. My iPad, iPhone and Macbook doesn't sync at all, and haven't for several hours.
