icloud downloads failing with error -3150

After the launch of iTunes Music, tons of bugs and the poor performance of the service i startet downloading all songs i've deleted locally. But now about 10% can not be loaded, iTunes stops the download with the error message "stopped (err = -3150)". A Popup comes up with a message that the network connection can't be established (of course my network connection is stable, iTunes loads the other 90% of my songs without problems). Does somebody else have such a problem and knows a workaround or fix?

Yes, i know this document, it says if error 3150 occurs my network connection is broken. But i think if iTunes is able to download 90 Tracks from 100, my network connection works fine. That can't be the problem in my opinion.

I have the same problem this evening. For the first time I have Apps that will not update on iOS, and roughly 10% of the music tracks I am trying to download. The majority of iTunes files appear unaffected. I have rebooted every bit of hardware on my local network, which has been a pain, without any change. I suspect that this is a problem at the Apple end, and possibly related to ID/Security changes that are being worked on
