Q: buitl-in displays?

Hi all,

 

I have macbook pro 15' (mid 2010). I already upgraded it to 10.10.4 but now built-in displays didn't recognize my VGA card is Nvidia GT 300M!

Plz tell me why? and how can i change the built-in display information to Nvidia?

    I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing or describing. If you are talking about what graphics processor (GPU) is currently showing on a dual graphics system (integrated and discrete), you may see either (for example, Intel HD Graphics and/or NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M), depending on which your system is currently using (dual graphics systems automatically switch between the two to balance performance vs power consumption). If this is the case, you may find the information and steps outlined in the following article helpful:
