Q: Can we use main account store balance for family purchases?
I have a balance (from gift cards) on my itunes account. It is the main account for a family sharing plan. I want any purchase made by someone in the shared family account to apply against my balance before charging my credit card. That is not happening - it is being applied against my credit card on my account (the shared card.) If Apple can have all purchases run against my card, they should be able to make all purchases run against my balance first, just like a purchase I make personally.
