Q: Available storage is disappearing in front of my face

After the iOS 8.4 update, my storage space is disappearing in front of my face. I go onto Usage in Settings, go back, go into it again, and a few MBs disappear every time. I should have tons of space left since I only have a few songs downloaded to my phone (by "making availablue offline"). So I cannot download the songs that used to be on my phone, and I only have 1 GB of space available.
