I Have a charge I need to know what it is 5.98 to iTunes

We are fellow users, we won't know what you've bought. Have you tried looking at your accounts purchase histories (and family members purchases if you are family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

CCan I have a life person call me at my phone ********* about my bill.

Not on here they can't, if you had read my above reply you would know that you are talking to fellow users on here, not iTunes Support nor Apple - you shouldn't post personal info such as phone numbers on any public forum.

To contact iTunes Support use the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here

My bank account is being debited for chargers by my 10 year old.  He did not know  what he was doing was costing money.  How can i get these charges credited back to my bank account?

Try contacting iTunes Support as above.

And if your son knows your password change it, or if the purchases were done on as iOS device you could use Settings > General > Restrictions to stop it happening again
