I'm trying to download safari for my Windows laptop but I can't seem to find a way.

Apple dropped Safari for Windows years ago.

Why do you think you need Safari on your Windows PC?

The last release was 5.1.7 and that was dropped from the Apple download sites in 2012. You could find 5.1.7 in many sites but it not safe.
The other way if you using bootcamp .

Bootcamp allows for the installation of Windows on a Mac. How is that going to help with what can be run on a PC?
