Is there a way to download the latest version of iTunes with Vista?

Is there a way to download the latest version of iTunes with Vista?

My computer uses the vista platform however, iTunes says that I have to have Windows 7 64-bit to install the latest version of iTunes. How can I install iTunes with what I currently have?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.4
