you cannot login because your account has been locked

iTunes & App Store said, "you cannot login because your account has been locked.."

What can I do?

😮 My account has been locked 3x by now.. each time I spend hours on the phone to verify my identity again. First time, my call took a whopping 3 hours to finally be verified.. Get ready to be in a long call cue and listen to horrible quality scratching hold sounds.. to be unlocked and to be locked again a week or so later.

I would love to say that it will be fixed.. but I am on 2+ months of non stop iTunes store purchasing issues.
